TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS SCHEDULE FOR APRIL..... Good News.......tournaments have been MOVED to the last weekend of each month....
Bad News (for some).....YOU MUST PLAY IN THE NAME YOU WON TOURNEY............NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!!!!!!
FRIDAY APRIL 28 6pm est.......DOMINOES 150 9 BONE 5UP + SP.....D/E 5 TIX
SATURDAY APRIL 29 2pm est......GinRummy 175 PT OKIE LD 10 TIX

I doubled checked the winners list of March tourney winners and unfortunately, your missed out this time, but you are eligible to play next month's toc......
Be sure to check the schedule, some bigger tix tourneys will be coming soon.....

You MUST have won a tournament in the month of MARCH to be eligible to play in this one.....If you won a tournament in April....You will eligible to play in NEXT month's TOC

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
