Why can't tourney games be set so everyone can have a go? The times set do not suit your aussie players as most times are after midnight or early hours of the morning. Doesn't give us a chance to get in the TOC at the end of the month. Please reconsider some of the times set so we can play as well. Thanks.

What are the good times for our Aussie friends to play tourneys? Are the late night hours ok? At least for the TOC? It's very hard to catch everyone all the time, so we need and appreciate your suggestions.

4am to 7am game colony time is good for us or weekends. The time set for the TOC was good last time but no one showed, turn out was terrible.
Thanks for the update.

I can try some 8am tourneys sometime next week. Those went well in the past. I think we need some TDs from Australia and that would help for sure. Pass the word and we will see if they work out.

Hi milo. Tried one 8am tourney and no one showed up and 8am doesn't work too well for me right now so maybe next month if there is interest.

Was October a mirage? Had 4 canasta tourneys cancel in last 5 attempts and most of them were one canasta. Trying a mixture but need your input for more successful participation. Suggest a block of times that you can attend. TY

Where have all the Aussies gone? Tried some tournaments for ur group earlier but no one came.It is time consuming waiting so hopefully it will have better attendance in the future. Some thanked me for trying friday tourneys since you would all be off saturday and that didn't work after the initial tourney.
Did you check in to see if any Australians had applied to be a TD?

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
