wow todays tournament was a little confusing, and then we lost YOU on top of it. But I just want to give you credit for handling things very calmly and with complete fairness. I don't think today's situation was anyones fault - the person who got booted to begin with had no way of letting you know. And perhaps their opponent got the same message you did - that they won because their opponent left the table. So it wasn't your fault at ALL, nor anyones. I know someone kind of felt put out with the results, but they have to understand that it wasn't YOUR fault anymore than it was theirs........you handled things the best way you could, to be the most fair, and it just sucked for that person.....but they'll be okay. I can assure everyone that Bunie Ma was very professional and SHE FELT BAD TOO! So hats off, BunieMa - keep up the great work, we all really apprciate you!!!!!!! Love, Girlz
Thank you :=)

BunieMa WAS very professional, and I feel horible because I started it all. I should have just let things go - it was only 4 tix and I am sorry BunieMa and I apologize too to all the players who had to wait so long. You did handle it well and I appreciate your not getting put out with me. I enjoy your tournies immensely and think you are one of the best TD's Game Colony has! Thanks Girlzgotskillz for making this post! still Another_Unlucky_Person

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
