HELLO EVERYONE , I NEED TO GET THIS OFF MY CHEST ,,SO ,, HERE GOES.
IM VERY SORRY AND APPOLIGIZE TO AMY AND ALL I HAVE OFFENDED IN THE LADDERS IN THE PAST BY NOT PLAYING RESPONSABLE AND GETTING OTHERS IN TROUBLE ALONG WITH MYSELF..
GAME COLONY IS A GREAT PLACE TO MAKE FRIENDS AND HAVE FUN.I CAN REMEMBER TIMES WHEN THIS PLACE HAD PICKED ME UP WHEN DOWN .. MOST PEOPLE HERE ARE CARING AND ALL HAVE ALOT OF LUV AND RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER ,,AFTER ALL WE ARE GAME COLONY 
SO ,,I ASK YOUR FORGIVNESS AND SAY I'M SORRY ..

That is a indepth apology, I should say that all that accepts should leave a reply.
I would like to know why this quote "GETTING OTHERS IN TROUBLE ALONG WITH MYSELF" wasn't omitted by the Moderators. Is it a Semi-Implication?

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
