1 and 2 ticket tourney seem to collect players but D/E seem to collect more so how about a 9 ball 2 pt 1 or 2 ticket d/e and a 8 ball 1 pt 1 or 2 ticket D/E this weekend and more if possible ty ty

I scheduled TWO pool tourneys.....they were on the books for Sunday....One day early and they BOTH cancelled....due to lack of players.....I tried...that was 2 hrs of my time for you and I didn't get the support.....
If you tourney players want tourneys.....well what else can I say.....I tried...

Hi Di, I am sorry about the fact that you lost two hours.. and also feel your pain.. but I have suggestion to you, to give an info over week that you want make a tourney on weekend, even on forum, do it three, four days before the tourney and I am sure that more players will come. One more thing, the fee of the tourneys, hey lets be honest, if I would play in tourney as player who isn't placed in Top 20 and knew that for 99% will choose a strong TOp Ten player, I wouldnt pay 4 tix fee, hey I mean 1 or 2 tix ok, I might win but not more. I think there is more ppl who would tell you the same. Anyway, I hope soon you will have more and more players in tourneys because it makes really fun. Greetings Marg.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
