I couldn't agree with you more hytshtr. Those who do this know who they are. Please take this to heart people and check the main hall for who's available first. It only takes a second or two and sending invites to already playing people is not only annoying to the players but makes the person sending the invite look stupid as well lol. Particularly those who REPEATEDLY send invites while ur playing. I can only draw one conclusion from this behaviour ....your simply trying to annoy someone......... I enjoy this site alot and come here to chat with friends, play and relax, as i'm sure most here do also. Let's try to keep it that way.

I agree with you there, sending invites during games is slightly silly. Plus when you are in "the zone" of concentration and suddenly an invite pops up, it kinda ruins what you were doing. Please people think before inviting people, look around the hall, (look especially for the people that are IDLE) lol Nick :]

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
