i just wanted to say thanks to all of those that have been so understanding when it come to playing time i never thought in my wildest dreams that being in the position i am what would come of it. some of you have shunned me for my "rude" behavior for those of you that know me its all an act. and to those of you that wouldnt give me the time of day and are literally begging for a game now i just laugh and always i mean always have said yes cause i beleive its the thing to do. i truely hope everyone gets to the top of the ladder so they too can experience this feeling once again ty for your kindness and understanding i hope to see you on the tables soon

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
