I truly enjoy playing here. The ones that know me know I have my bad days....I guess like everyone else...But I just wanted to take time to say thank you to those that are so nice. Arch, Pascal, Irv, Pat, Andrea, Shove, Wrongphysics...and those I don't know so well....1Chelsea, JamesBond, martini (LOL)...and more I know I can't think of right now..

We are just here to play and have fun.

Hey K Thanks for the vggs and the chat. Always nice to play with you and chat cuz you are one of the nicest ppl in pool. Also nice to see a positive post......most of us are here to enjoy and have a good time. To me it is just a game but I am hoping the friends I have made here are forever. At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
