To those few players who seem to constantly whine and moan when they get bad cards: Stop Whining! It won't do you any good. Over the long term we all have good days and bad days and sooner or later the cards will change.

To the high ranked player(no names!)who can't seem to lose without giving his opponemt a hard time - GIVE IT UP! The more people you give a hard time, the more people who will no longer play you. After all, the computer determines the cards dealt, not your opponent.

Agree with the above. We all have good days and bad days but I REALLY get tired of opponents who whine and moan when not doing well.

There is also another side to this discussion. It's very easy to notice when your opponent is playing well and making some well thought out moves. When you notice this, it is so easy just to say "well done" or "good Play."

I agree with all of you, but mostly Kymb.I no longer play, nor does my wife (she quit in tears)because of a bad actor who complained of slo play.I would bet the Whiner is the same person in all, or most of these cases.Yes Kymb you are a good player and I never thought you were slow. We should post this persons name and hopefully shame him out. Enjoy the game, pay no attention to this NERD. A J Cappy

but I have been in games where the player has taken 2, 3 or 5 minutes to play each card. Even the last card of their hand. Nothing more frustrating than having an empty coffee cup and having to play a 45 minute game before I get a refill. I will no longer play in a game with more than a 1 minute clock.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
