wish you would explain to players in top that after you played a challenge you cant play the same player for 24 hours they dont seem to understand they challenge one after the other so does not leave 48 hours but only 24 that not a lot of time considering you have to sleep and different time zone ty

Actually, I rarely challenge except those players who will NOT play me especially when those players are ahead of me in the ladder, but whom I have played many times when I was ahead of them in the ladder. However, I think challenges are GOOD because many top players on ladder just WILL NOT play if they feel other players a threat. Actually the whole thing gets ridiculous. PLAY FOR THE SPORT OF COMPETITION---NOT PETTINESS !!!

Thanks for your input. It makes sense to add one more rule to the ladder challenges. You will not be allowed to issue a challenge against any player who played a challenge against you in the last 24 hours. I will try and introduce this rule in the next 10 days or so

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
