To further improve the dynamics of the Ladder, the following rule was introduced:
Non-Ticket players who won one of Top Ten prizes during a previous month won't be allowed in Top Twenty in the following month.

that doesnt make sense be cuz non ticket players, are not in the top 10 usually ,,see what u wrote Non-Ticket players who won one of Top Ten prizes during a previous month won't be allowed in Top Twenty in the following month. so if a blue player won they r still in top 20 ???????

This Ladder rule is mostly for Ladders in games other than cribbage.
If a Ticket player ends up in Top Ten winners, there's still a drop of 100 places but the very next month they can climb again as high as they are able to

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
