Here's the DEAL !! And its on your HONOR
If you have NEVER played a tourney, and would like the play the 1 Tix Stimulus tourney Oct 13th and you do not have a recommender, and its legal in your state, Please leave your name here, I will give you one tix to play...the morning of the tourneys...that way you can choose which tourney to play..4 pm or 9 pm.....and if your luck and skill holds true for you.....you could win some tix and be able to play the 2nd tourney. All I'm really asking is that you are honest and will save your tix to play one or both of these......Tourneys are fun and these tourneys give everyone a chance to win some tix.......

I would luv 2 b able 2 njoy my 1st tourney on u! But, alas, I'm not a newbee to the experience. However, every black-jacket out there should b rushin in here 2 take advantage of this very generous offer. Thanx lady - ur the tops!!!

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
