What a difference this month. Just want to say thank you to those at the top of the ladder. For once we have people who are prepared to play those who are below them even though it threatens their rank. Its been a while since we have seen this sportmanship. Long may it last.

yes Bena is right some months are better than other only first play without challenges the other you have to challenge to get a game so this is a bit different have to challenge a lot more than usual

Yes Bena the ladder has been fun this month. And that is the way it should be every month all month.

Yes you are right Bena. It is difficult when a few people get at the top and will not play anyone that threatens their place on the ladder. Thank You GC.

It's great to see that everyone will play everyone. I think it's the goal for most players to play with integrity and not deny games....I hope that this will continue for months to come!

After being gone for a few months due to illness, I was looking forward to getting back on Game Colony until I saw the forum this morning. Now that all of you seem to be happy about everyone playing then see if you all can work on getting along and remembering it's an online game site. We should come here to play for fun and enjoy playing. Linda

Hi Randy, I am doing good thanks for asking, was in hospital a few times, but am feeling great now, My Cavs, oh well, they played 2 and lost 2, I am hoping things pick up soon, I am real tired of all these Cleveland teams letting me down....looking forward to seeing you again also

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
