Well done game colony - so many more tourneys this year than have ever seen on here! fabulous (absolutely).
In next 24 hours however there are 7 tourneys, and only 1 of these is for 2 can... can we please have more? and for all tourneys for there to be more over or equal to 3,500?
Also timings... at present they are all early morning, lunch time or 9pm EST times... meaning the european contingent cannot play (9pm is 3am here...and i know we like to stay up and party... But..... )
If there is any chance for 3,4,5pm tourneys then that would bring your euro cousins our of the proverbial woodwork!
nevertheless, thank you for so many tourneys and all the effort by your hosts, not least Spicii, Mary & Willow.

Thank you very much Gold we love hosting the canasta tourneys and I will try and keep track of mine to vary them for all. We all appreciate the effort, sportsmanship and for joining the tourneys from all the VIP's. This has been and will be our pleasure in the hosting. Good Job to all the TDs for giving up thier time to host Canasta Tourneys...not many realize that a Canasta tourney is one of the longest tourneys at GC...A TDs job starts with advertising then hosting,,,they are there the whole time...and that is what they give us...Thier TIME...A job well done and greatly appreciated..Any canasta tourney will be welcomed, 1 can, 2 can,1000 or more, what ever your time allows you to do..We do luv you all and Thank You!!!  JJ

I echo Menew's comment. Great bunch of tourney's this month by the TD's - and they have done a wonderful job of Hosting! This is the most that I have ever seen in Canasta.
But... Hmmm - don't see any scheduled for the rest of this week???

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
