WOOF WOOF!!!! THE TOURNIES START ON THE HOUR. WE ARE ABLE TO WAIT UNTIL 5 AFTER THE HOUR IF NO PARTICIPANTS SHOW UP. IF WE GET FOUR WE HAV TO START IMMEDIATELY. RECENTLY A LOT OF PLAYERS HAVE BEEN COMING TO THE CANASTA TOURNIES AS I AM DELETING AT 6 MIN AFTER THE HOUR. I FEEL HORRIBLE WHEN 1 PLAYER OR 2 SHOW UP AT TH LAST MINUTE AND I HAV TO CANCEL...SO PLEASE PLAYERS TRY TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE START OF THE HOUR!!!!! I HATE TO CANCEL TOURNIES!!!!!WIGGLE WIGGLE WOOF WOOF...ROTTIE

I have asked about the "open top" and no one seems to have heard that particular game. Could you explain, I would be happy to offer that if I knew the answer and we have it available. Thank you for your participation in the tourneys, Spicii

is a setting of 3000 2-0-1 or 3000 2-0-2 in contrast to the only games being posted of 3000 2-2-1 or 5000 2-2-2. I can explain further if needed

an open top that actually had more players than any other as of late. How about one step further with a 2-0-2 TM 3000..2500...etc

I agree losing... It is great to play variety of settings and though because of work i havent been able to make tourneys the last couple of weeks i should be able to a lot more from now on. Hi Spicii ☺

shame that was the only 2-0-2 or 2-0-1 room so far though. let alone my request for 2-0-2 tm sad, i think I might cry, will you hold me?

Hugs Losing, dont cry, I did get one of those canastas started and see its being set more often. We always want to set tourneys the players want. What is disappointing is the cancels, let us know your feelings on why, how or what can we do to make it better. Hiya Phoenix, miss you, big hugs with butterflies and flowers.☺☺☺☺

cancelling any tourney is tough. The start of the month is a far cry from the end of the month. You could get players to play a 10,000 draw 1 for 20 tickets at the end of the month. Anyway, I do that you for the effort last month. I tried my best and was happy seeing a fight for the top. 7 players were #1 last month, amazing. I will be away for 2 weeks during this month, so time for me will be tough, keep the fire buring

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
