Whats In A Name???

I DECIDED TO TRY A NEW POST FOR THIS POPULAR THREAD..WE HAVE SO MANY NEW PLAYERS AND THE OLDER ONES CAN POST AGAIN FOR THE ONES THAT MISSED IT.  YOU CAN READ THE MANY ORIGINALS UNDER "LET'S TRY THIS"
I've often wondered about some of the usernames and where they come from or what they mean. Some are obvious but others are very mysterious and I like to guess. I'll start and hopefully get more.
I've used PEGASUS for many years (as I found out when I was hunting for a place to land and call "home" many others do too). I've always liked the legend of Pegasus - I have a small collection and since my name is Peggy (Peg to most) it seemed to fit.
Anyone else?

Well Peg, as I have posted before on this topic (and I do love it) my dad was US Army 22 yrs and we lived in Fort Hood Texas for 4 yrs. My great grandmothers name was Rose...so that's how I came up with it.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
