Thank you so much for your support. Jon is going to Ann Arbor, U of M and will be evaluated for what path is the best. He may be placed on a heart transplant list, but if other mechanical devices will help and watching diet and excercise, he may prolong that, he is young and may be ok for a while. Depends on doctors reccommendation. ty my dear friends for asking and we all pray for a good outcome. hugs, diamund

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. Derbys my heart go out to you also as when our children are ill we are so helpless. Thank God for the medicines and medical help we have these days. I am so happy he has been helped and prayers for continued health. My son has been given a little reprieve but we know eventually it will be either the new medical device like vice president Cheney has or a transplant. We take each day as a gift. HUgs to all and ty very much. diamund

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
