Gary passed away on June 3rd of conjestive heart failure complicated by pneumonia. I and all of the players that knew him, loved and enjoyed his kindness and sense of humor. He was a member of the "snake club" that was formed in the early tourneys with me. I and all his friends will dearly miss him and may you rest in peace my dear friend. I will miss your hugs Gary. This is just the saddest news. Gary was one of the nicest people I have come across on Game Colony or anywhere else for that matter. His passing will leave a gaping hole in the early crib tourneys. I will miss him dearly.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill.
