What a great thing to do Spicii having 2 extra ladder points for playing in your tourney . Once more ladder players learn about this I think it will encourage them to play . I do not win often but if I get points for playing will be a great incentive for me and newer players like myself . Thankyou very much

Not sure what you mean Darlene. We always got a ladder point for taking part in a tourney, then this was doubled some months ago for ALL tourneys.

Hi Duddle, I would like to set these comments to rest. I did answer in the tourney that all tourneys get 2 ladder points and that was all. Maybe it was missed. I was subbing for another TD so that was the only way I could explain, we cannot change anything on a sub. I thank you all so much and hope I have helped to clear this up. Love my players and always want to send a clear explanation. Thanks to all that play and "Happy Holidays" Hugs, Spicii

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
