RO REPORT: JONWIL IS DOING WELL. I spoke with him on the phone today. He had a minor setback, which I will let him explain if he wants. It just took him longer to get to a phone. But after I got through crying and wiping tears of joy, I told him we were all concerned about him. He said It might take him a few more days to get back here. Just enough to know our prayers have been answered. Welcome home Jonwil.

I want to thank everyone for your thoughts & prayers, even those that beat me all the time. The Mitral Valve operation was a great success, but I fell down getting up in the night with cords I had around my body & fell fracturing two small bones in my pelvis, so, instead of about 8 days I spent 29 days in the hospital Believe it or not the pain from that fracture was 100 times worse than the heart valve Could not walk with my left leg. I use a walker now, but will be off that in days. A heart-felt thanks to all of you. jonwil

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
