This is what you have all been waiting for ... the list for the DECEMBER TOC - the last TOC for the year 2022! Below is the list of eligible players, all 93 players. In order to play in this tourney, you must have taken 1st place in a crib tourney during the month of December.There were a total of 653 TOTAL cribbage tourneys in December. The format will be 10 tix double elimination.
Please note .... If you changed your name, it must be changed back to match your player name on the list below.
And on Saturday, January 14th at 6 pm we will hold the FIRST EVER 2022 Tournament of Champions. All players who placed 1st and/or 2nd in one of the 12 2022 TOC's will be invited to participate in this special tournament. There will be a total payout of 100 tix from GC divided between the 1st and 2nd players (60 TIX 1ST/40 TIX 2ND), IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR PAYOUT. Check back after the 7th to see if your name has made it onto that special tournament list.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
