Well now.. this is a bit tricky.
1. Legally -when a team in on the field there are to be 11 players for each team.
2. There are two NFL divisions
3. Each division now has 16 teams 2X16 = 32
4. So if all teams in the NFL are playing at the same time, the answer would be 11X32=352
Lemme see now... is the answer 352?

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill.
