Problems in the elevator: A person lives on the tenth floor of a building. Every day he takes the elevator to go down to the ground floor to go out. When he returns he takes the elevator to the seventh floor and walks up the stairs to reach his apartment. On rainy days he can ride the elevator to the tenth floor.

I guess that, being a small person, he was in the habit of taking a banana with him whenever it was necessary to venture out into the constant rain (hey, is this riddle set in the UK?). On returning to the building, said banana was used to push an otherwise unreachable button.

Kaupanger has it, but hides it with his wonderful sense of humor.

He is a child who can not yet reach higher then the 7 button, however on rainy days he can push the button with his umbrella.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
