i like the 10 oclock. 2-2-2-5000, dbl-2or3 tixs.i agree with others less then 5000. doesn, tgive you a real chance to catch up.i would like more 5000.with dbL,, or not but my favorite dbL,even if i don,t win,its not nerve racking as the others,3009.-3050-400, are not enought time to catch up. thank you

Hi Gang. Love the tournaments and congrats to Timmy for hosting most of them. The attendance is getting better slowly. Seems like sunday night has the best tournout and saturdays everyone is away. I like the sunday night D/E format with 4000 or 5000 pts. I suggest 4000 as it gives a good cahcne to come back also but can reduce a few matchs by one hand so the tourney doesn't go on for 3 hours. Last sunday's tourney went 3 hours becasue of the good tournout so lets keep the good tournout and try and work with 4000 pts 2-2-2 is fine of 2-2-2 3f for a change here and there. Maybe alternate. the single elim at 10 pm can also be 4000 or 5000 pts and the early tourney at 7 pm maybe a little shorter as many other tournaments go on also--so maybe 3500 2-2-2 or 4000 max S/E? What does everyone think. Trying to cover other bases too with overlaping tourneys in gin and canasta where they might skip canasta.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
