ADDITIONAL TICKETS MAY BE PLAYED IF BOTH AGREE.
The first player called in responsible for creating table with 5 min settings and all default.
10 min per round wait missing in action Continue with score prior to mia You must notify me immediately as to when opp goes mia and when they return as this starts and stops the clock
If there is a technical problem with a hand, the hand will have to be forfeited, a new table made and the game continued from the score prior to the hand in question TD should be called to table if there is a problem with a hand.
WATCHING tables, TABLE HOPPING, or PRIVATE MESSAGES to other tables will result in disqualification.
TD'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
Please check table settings before clicking on start If you 'start' the game you have accepted the settings
Only one tournament at a time If you are found to be playing in another you will be disqualified immediately from the 2nd tournament NO mia time allowance in this case. Please do not set a Private table, as I need to be able to join you if there is a problem.
NOTE 'Un-necessary delay of a game may result in dq' It will be left up to the TD and the Admin to determine if this is the case in a particular game. Abuse of TD or players is not acceptable and will result in dq.
NOTE: This is a LADDER Tourney THAT WILL BE SET BY TD. The winner will receive credit on the LADDER working his or her way up to a possible prize on the 1st of the month. Do not press the LADDER BUTTON on your table

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
