Happy 4th of July all, I hope you are enjoying your day.
I just want to say that I have played a few people in Crib here and I met some nice people and not so nice people, there are all kinds. I do read the forum, as I have stated before to keep up with you all, lol, and sometimes it is sad to read. What I am trying to say is that, I feel this forum should be for the good of the Crib room and its players and not the petty, subtle innuendos targeted at other players. If something is happening to you personally, I am sorry for that, but please, lets keep the Crib room and forum room an upbeat place to converse with each other, and personal situations to yourselves.

I personally like hearing the good news of you all and not all the bad things.
Lets party, and have happy thoughts all around cribbers

Thanks
Vanzandt

hope to see you in cribbage

The diagram on the right shows the 1st and the 2nd player on their respective Ladder Spots as a square and a triangle. Starting player rankings are shown with filled square/triangle while the final (winner) rankings are shown with unfilled ones.

I assume that is targeted at me. The forum is there for everyone to post what they want. It is a way to update players with news, be it good or bad. I would prefer that all the news I have is good, but that's life.

Hello all
Yes Kym, you are correct, I meant the backstabbing. Everyone here is an equal, and I just feel should be treated as such. Granted, some like I said, are tougher than others, but I take the upper hand and treat them with respect. Again, what I hope I am saying you will understand, is no need to badmouth others here for all to see if you have a personal beef with someone, deal with them one on one, like an adult, they may be best friends with someone else here and then the forum could get ugly, that is all.
Kym, Happy Birthday to your grandfather, mine lived until he was 97, and was sharp as a tac until that point. Many more happy birthdays to him,

Thanks all
Hope I didn't offend anyone

if all news was good we wouldnt need a forum
we would all be very happy but alas it isnt so
we tend to use the forum for good news bad news
and general moaning about how we feel to be shared by all and i feel this is how it should be just my thoughts on this matter

and amen..

Play cribbage tournaments online

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
