Dear all,
Especially Grt, Lobo, and the directors of GC:
Once more I have managed to speak out of turn. In this instance, it is in regards to the sentiments expressed by me in the response to the sad news of Lobo's leaving. Oh how I would dearly love to claim that I had been misinformed, but the truth is the thoughts expressed came out of ignorance to the facts and my assumptions from the little bit of information I was, along with other loyal followers of TD SuperCeasar, to obtain as to his recent absences. I never intended to make you or any other TD on this wonderful game site feel unappreciated Gr8. I am so sorry that what I said was taken as such, please forgive my ignorant statements. The highlight of my days is playing here, whether it be against a single opponent or in one of the tournaments so graciously hosted by yourself and the other tourney directors. Lobo,(now that I am fully aware of your reasons for leaving), I will miss your presence here, you are a wonderful person, obviously selfless and caring in your decisions. I wish the best for you and your family. My friend Kym, thank you! You are such a good and supportive friend. Now, as difficult as life can be, can we all just have some fun?!!! Let's Play
You are the best my dear Sista

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
