If you have NEVER played a CRIB tourney with me, I have the deal for you.
Come play a 3 tix tourney. If you do not win any tix, I will simply send your entry fee tix back to you, for at least trying our tourney circuit. (This is from my own pocket)
AND, for the rest of the month of September, I will send matching tix to the Katrina Fund along with my tourney earnings. Now you can't beat that deal.
REMEMBER, FIRST TIME TOURNEY PLAYERS ONLY...
I WILL NOT EMBARRASS YOU, SO DON'T BE NERVOUS.

IF A CURRENT TOURNEY PLAYER CONVINCES A 'NEVER PLAYED A TOURNEY' PLAYER TO COME TO ONE OF MY TOURNEYS, I WILL GIVE YOU 1/2 THE ENTRY FEE, ONCE THAT NEW PLAYER HAS PLAYED THE TOURNEY, WHETHER THE 'NEW PLAYER' WINS OR NOT. BUT U MUST TELL ME BEFORE THE TOURNEY THAT YOU HAVE REFERRED THE PLAYER.
NOW WHO CAN PASS UP THIS DEAL....

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
