It is so great to see 4 aussies currently in the top 20. Although I know it is difficult to please everyone all the time, I do find the tournament times a little frustrating. 10am EST is midnight here (when I should be in bed), and 8pm EST is 10am here when i am at work. Something like 7am EST for a tourney time would be fantastic.....What are the chances.....or am i alone in my frustration?

I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY! BUT 7AM IS 6AM MY TIME AND THAT MEANS I WOULD HAVE TO GET UP AT 5AM EVERY MORNING TO HOST TOURNEYS. I DON'T THINK THAT WOULD WORK FOR ME. SO LETS GET SOME MORE TD'S IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE TO MAKE AND HOST TOURNEYS. HEY, MAYBE ONE OF THE AUSSIE'S WILL BECOME A TD AND THEN ALL WOULD BE FIND....)

All us aussies appreciated the efforts of your sleepless night - just to host a tourney at a time suitable for us. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
