Boy, do I feel like the world's biggest dork......one of my favorite people had a birthday today and I didn't know until tonight!!!!!! Pearle, I am soooooooooo sorry I missed it......you have lotsa birthday hugs, kisses, and slobbers coming ur way from the McAlexander house  Please forgive me - I know I promised not to tell - but I owe you at least THAT!!!! I'm like you - I don't feel comfortable TELLING people to wish me a happy birthday hee hee. I'm baking u a cake tomorrow - hope you're not on a diet!!!!

Well, my dear friend and fellow TD...
I bet you thought that you missed all the hoopla, here at Game Colony....Well your secret is out.......YOU had another birthday.
Just want to know that I do wish you many, many more....Now, I suppose we have to bribe you to find out your age...No???. then we go to the next best person.......your hairdresser, not the beautician, because we all know already, what a beautiful person you are.
Just don't be surprised when we all show up for birthday cake....and I am bringing all the birthday candles.......(make sure the garden hose available for the BIG fire)......Put on the coffee. And don't worry about dirty dishes.....GC is supplying the GC paper plates and napkins and cups and silverware..someone else is bringing the party favors....
Oh, yes,......and when the special 'person' appears at your door.....don't be alarmed by his badge and gun.....he's the male s______r we hired, just for you.....Oh, my, won't you/we have fun.....

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
