Congratulations to all Sept and October eligible players...\check this list carefully. If you think you should be eligible and your name is not there, let me know as soon as possible so that I may verify. Hope to see many eligible players at this month's tourney.

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance".
