This is to the Higher End Staff Of Game Colony... I was Told by JulieJay(TD) today that I was being unfair by the way I had my Table settings and that I can't have my Table Settings be....
X Can go to Melded Canasta X Two Canasta's to Go Out X Red 3 Freezes pile X Wild Canasta
5,000 point game X Rated Game
X Ladder Game
I was told this by her her reason for me not being able to do this is because I am #1 in Ladders...
Can someone Point out in the rules for me please where I am wrong in how I set my Table to play?
Thank You, World_Canasta_Champi
I'M SORRY!

PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGY! I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say to you. What I meant to say was that playing the way you did before you became #1 was the fair way to play. YOU ARE ALWAYS ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR TABLES ANYWAY YOU WOULD LIKE THEM. YOU ARE IN THE #1 SPOT. I felt setting your table for tickets was not fiar to the players like master0 who cannot play for tickets. That is what I meant by 'fair play'. ONCE AGAIN I'M SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION AND UPSETTING YOU. PLEASE ENJOY PLAYING HERE AT GAME COLONY. You are a great player. JULIEJAY(TD))

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
