Saturday JAN 28TH at 6PM EST will be this month's TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS...The list will iclude the WINNERS OF TOURNEYS for the month's of NOV and DEC...Also because it is a LADDER TOURNEY and near the end of the month, the winners of JAN will also be included (final names to be posted on JAN 28TH at 9AM)...Now for the **BONUS** an EXTRA 10TIX FOR 1ST--5TIX FOR 2ND--2TIX FOR 3RD--2TIX FOR 4TH. Compliments of ME-->JulieJay...Just a little **THANK YOU** for playing in my Tourney's.)

Hi Julie,

Just wanted to say thank you, for all the tourneys that you host, and making them regular, and being such a fair and good TD... And thank you very much for the extra bonus tickets...that is very nice of you .. .. )) Hope I can make it ..but is the weekend .. and the kids dont like me on computer for ages on their days home with me...if I cannot make it.. have fun.. and hope is a great tournout...thank you again :))

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
