Is this really worth it?

I just recieved an e-mail from a player who was mad because I didn't wait for them to enter my tourney. And another player was mad because I outed them when they chose to play a game that ended 6 min after tourney start time. Other times two complain because of MIA who never showed up. What is going on here? I make all of my tourneys up a week in adavance. I give my time to the players so that they may benefit from playing in tournaments. Every tourney is an hour and a half or more out of my life. I have started to 'out' players who are not in tourney room at start and will continue to do so. One of our best players was outed once, and the gentleman he is ,never complained and has now been in tourney room on time. I am a soft-hearted person and it really bothers me for days after getting a bad e-mail or having to mute an inconsiderate player. There is no reason for players not to show up on time and give me the courtesy for running these tournaments for you and the courtesy to the other players so they do not have to wait. Thank You for your understanding and your consideration....JulieJay

I was late

Once I was late to Julie's Tournament and she boothed me out. Reason why I was late I was in a game with someone and it took longer than I thought. One thing for sure players on time in tourny do not want to wait on a player who is late. Now if I sign up in a tournament I get there, and if I am playing a game I just resign to make sure I get there. Really I do not see the problem with getting Boothed it DID NOT COST YOU ANYTHING.
Keep up the good work Julie hope to see you soon.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
