I want to wish two very special friends of mine ... and ours ... a very happy birthday.
First, to Gr8, I wish him gobs and gobs of ink for his keyboard and a year that brings him joy and laughter.
Second, to my good friend, Okaylady, I wish her the happiest of birthdays full of surprises (and maybe a ticket for a trip) so we don't have to take a slow boat to China. Not that China is bad, just we'd like to go visit all our friends in the UK and the slow boat would take way too long -- and besides, we don't have any friends in China!

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill.
