121 low man advances, winners go home, games are very long....I have been doing them 61-R no ladder......without any complaints of other than players with losing hands all day, suddenly have winning hands.....but I am open to any suggestions of times, and game length.....the tix price will still be 3 tix and still be non rated and no ladder tourneys....
btw 61-r tourneys are about one hour to complete....depending on the number of players...but generally, are longer than a regular tourney.....
I am also contemplating a doubles 61 low man tourney in the very near future.
Great Idea Bathman

Formal to me is that you wear pants!
I wold like to see Low-Ball or Loser Wins as an option from the menu. I think the games should be unrated and not for ladder.
Just my opinion, yours' may differ!

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
