Great to use the forum..nice to post and cool to read. But when posting please keep within the rules for what's cool and what's not. 
At GameColony we have set a higher set of standards than those of most other sites. Bashing of any kind is not appropriate and cannot be allowed in your rooms or your forums.
The correct procedure for reporting serious violations is via the Contact Us link. All reports are investigated. 
Thanks to all for your cooperation with the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules for acceptable posting.

thank you MAB for the quick response. I am shamefaced to say i let my emotions get the best of me today. I will continue to try and do my part to make this woderful site a pleasent place to play, within the high standards set by the GC. Thank you.

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!.
According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
